The Alumni House at James Madison University underwent an extensive renovation as a historical building. Initially designed as a student dorm, it currently houses James Madison University administration, including the President’s office. Initiated by the addition of an elevator, renovations extended to office reconfiguration, an added ADA restroom, the creation of a large executive conference room, the replacement of all finishes and window treatments, as well a hearty upgrade to the building control system.
